(1) Hydraulic Grab
The hydraulic grab itself is equipped with an opening and closing structure, which is generally driven by a hydraulic cylinder, and a hydraulic grab consisting of a plurality of jaws is also called a hydraulic claw. Hydraulic grabs are widely used in hydraulic special equipment, such as hydraulic excavators and hydraulic lifting towers.
The hydraulic grabs for excavators are divided into two types: rotary and non-rotating. The grab without the swing uses the oil path of the excavator bucket cylinder. No additional hydraulic valve blocks and pipelines are required. A set of hydraulic valve blocks and piping to control.
Special hydraulic grab for excavators:
1. Excavation of foundation pits, excavation of deep pits and loading of mud, sand, coal and gravel.
2. It is especially suitable for digging and loading on one side of the ditch or restricted space.

First of all, look at whether the hydraulic oil level meets the standard, whether the filter element is clogged, whether the oil grade number meets the requirements, and if an item does not meet the requirements, it should be solved first. Then, observe whether the oil temperature is too high during the work. If it is too high, check the hydraulic oil cooling system to find out the cause and eliminate it. Finally, measure the working pressure of the working weak parts and compare them with the standard values to make a judgment.
The best way to measure working pressure is to measure its ultimate pressure. There are two most common methods for measuring the ultimate pressure, one is the actual measurement method and the other is the simulation method. The actual measurement method is to make a working device overload work and measure its working pressure. The analog method is to simulate overload operation and measure the pressure. Different simulation methods are adopted according to different devices. The motor with brake is generally used to cut off the brake pilot oil to brake, and then operate at the rated speed. The working device measures the pressure; for the hydraulic cylinder, the piston rod is fully extended or retracted, and the operation is continued to measure the pressure. In the inspection of faults, there is also a commonly used method called interception method; the specific method is: block the outlet or inlet of each component in the oil circuit in turn, and measure the working pressure. Compare these measured pressures with standard plants, and adjust to the standard value for the inequality; if the standard value is not adjusted, the pressure loss must be found, which is the fault point. These methods are often used in combination in actual measurements.
2. Analysis and judgment
If the working pressure of the hydraulic oil radiator motor is lower than the standard value, the low pressure will cause the fan speed to decrease, so the heat dissipation capability is low, and the oil temperature rises in a short time under normal ambient temperature.
